Areba: A Whole-Tail Flip Walk Thru

Description

Hey guys! I’m going to take you on a little walk-through here this ‘Whole-Tail’ property. You’re going to see some before and after pictures, but I want to explain to you a little bit about what we did on this project and how we’re really able to maximize our profits while doing very minimal repairs. So what we essentially did on this property was to reduce our risk, meaning the amount of rehab and construction that we had to do, therefore creating very minimal days of work and we’re able to put this property on the market and sell it like that.

“Whole-tailing” refers to a real estate investment strategy in which an investor purchases a property that requires only minor repairs, rather than doing a full renovation. This approach can be a way to quickly and inexpensively fix up a property and sell it for a profit.

Whole-tailing can be a good strategy for investors who are looking to quickly and inexpensively fix up a property and sell it for a profit. It’s important to carefully assess the condition of the property and the cost of any repairs that need to be made, in order to determine if this strategy is viable. It’s also important to consider the local real estate market and the expected demand for the property, in order to ensure that the investment will be profitable.
