I recently came across this interview I did with one of my real estate friends from the past, the late Jim Kennedy.
In the interview, Jim and I talked about the merits of using private money in doing “no-money-out-of-pocket” deals.
In case you didn’t know, Jim was a legend when it came to raising private money for his deals and I’m proud to say he attended one of my first training events about how to raise private money and he learned many of his strategies there.
