HOW TO FIND GOOD COMPS?
As we all know, having good comps for potential deals is FUNDAMENTAL to your real estate investing business.
And I hear it ALL THE TIME from those of you just starting out in Real Estate,
“HOW DO I FIND COMPS???”
SO, here is my response…
Of course, there is no greater source than the MLS, but I get it, not everyone has access to the MLS.
AND,
As many of you know, be cautious when using Tax Appraisals as well, but for you guys getting started, it’s more of just an ‘FYI’ thing to make you aware to see what’s out there.
Nevertheless, I hope the infographic will at least point you in the right direction and get you moving down the road of finding a good solution to your Comp issues.
